Each door can be connected to an electrical interlocking system — when a single door is opened on one floor, doors on all other floors are automatically locked for safety and control.

All hopper doors can also be locked during garbage trolley movement or chute cleaning as a safety measure. This function is managed through the main control panel located in the garbage room, ensuring complete operational safety and efficiency.

Chute Offset

600mm, 700mm, or 800mm diameter chutes are fabricated from high-quality stainless steel with a 1.5mm thickness, designed to suit site conditions. An additional reinforcement plate is provided inside the chute offset to ensure smooth and safe free fall of garbage disposal.

The exterior surface of the chute is double-coated with sound-damping paint to minimize noise during waste disposal, ensuring a quieter and more efficient operation.

Intake Throats

Intake throats are installed on each floor and fabricated from 1.5mm thick stainless steel, coated with sound-dampening material to reduce noise during operation. The openings of the intake throats are precisely designed to match and align with the intake doors installed on each floor, ensuring smooth and efficient waste disposal.

Control Panel

The control panel is located in the garbage collection room on the basement floor. It contains all necessary electrical components, including switches, relays, and push buttons for easy operation. The panel manages the entire system electrically, controlling the door interlocking mechanism, exhaust fan, and solenoid valve to ensure safe and efficient functionality.
